Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 23 years as on 1st August 2018. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.08.1995 and later than 01.08.2000. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen and other categories of persons in accordance with the Governments orders on the subject.
Pay Scale: ₹ 21700 – 69100/-
Educational Qualification:
| (1) Matriculation or 10th class pass from a recognized board / university. |
| (2) Candidates who have not acquired the essential educational qualification as on 01.08.2018 will not be eligible and need not apply. |
Application Fee: ₹ 100/- made through SBI Challan or Online payment mode using SBI Net Banking or Credit Card or Debit Card. No fee for all Women and SC, ST and Ex-servicemen candidates.

Scheme of Examination: The Computer based examination will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks.

How to Apply: Eligible Interested persons apply online through SSC Online Portal. The process of submitting applications for SSC Constable GD recruitment examination consists of the following two parts: (i) One-Time Registration, (ii) Filling of online Application Form. The candidates are first required to register (One time Registration) your basic details in SSC official website. After registration, applicants need to Login (using your Email Id and Password) in SSC Portal. Then, Applicants go to "Apply" column, click "Constable-GD" and you you will be "Apply" link to fill your SSC Constable GD online application form. The SSC One Time Registration and SSC GD Constable 2018 online application forms would be started at 10 AM on 17th September 2018 (Friday). The closing date for submission of online application is 17th September 2018(Monday) up to 5:00 PM.
